Personalization rocks. Katherine did a great job personalizing her bridal portrait with details that made her feel special.
She says, “In the photos I am wearing my mother’s veil. Wearing her veil on my wedding day was so special and I hope one day if I have a daughter she will carry on the tradition. I also am wearing earrings that were given to me by my Aunt and Uncle when I was a little girl. They told me they were princess earrings and they always made me feel that way. It seemed only fitting to wear them on the special day. In some of the photos, I am wearing my grandmother’s fur. She is a strong amazing woman who embodies grace and beauty.”
She a couple pieces of very good advice to share with you: “If your photos are outside, try to set up a back up day just in case it rains. This gave me a lot of piece of mind. Also, get your hair and makeup done in plenty of time before you have to meet the photographer so you are not rushed.”
